These terms apply to all purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Parties

Seller: Tenth Palace Ayurveda
Customer: The individual placing the order.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are binding once payment is completed.
We offer secure payment options such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and any additional methods listed at checkout.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in SEK and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are added at checkout.
Prices may change, but changes do not affect completed purchases.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are normally shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on postal services and stock availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Swedish consumer law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
Products that are opened, used, or sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., teas, herbs, oils, skincare) cannot be returned.

6. Consultations & Services

Ayurvedic Consultations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable.

7. Complaints & Defective Goods

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within a reasonable time (normally within 1 months).
We comply with Swedish consumer rights regarding complaints and replacements.

8. Liability

Ayurvedic advice and products do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Customers are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional when needed.
