1. Returns

You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days from receiving your order, in accordance with Swedish consumer law.

Items must be:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In original packaging

Non-returnable items (opened or unsealed):

For hygiene and health protection reasons:

• Teas

• Herbs

• Oils

• Skincare

• Consumable / ingestible items

• Custom orders

2. How to Start a Return

Email us with:

• Your order number

• Which item(s) you want to return

• Reason for the return

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product was incorrect or defective.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are not refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us immediately with photos.
We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

5. Non-refundable Services

Ayurvedic Consultations are non-refundable if:

• Cancelled within 24 hours

• Customer does not attend the appointment
